be given induction training and deployed on the Projects of our

Scorpos has formulated a set of standards for its Software Development
Life Cycle, so they will be trained on Technologies like MS.NET
Oracle, Java and Microsoft. Candidates will be given development

with accidental, insurance of rupees of 1 lakhs only+ performance
incentives + club membership.
Candidate will be on training & probation for a period of 7-8
months from the date of joining duties. The company shall be entitled
to extend the period of your probation from time to time. During the
period of your training & probation you will not be entitled to any
other benefits, which may be available to the permanent employees of
the company, after successfully completing the training period &
probation period , you will be a permanent employee of the company
and will entitled for the above salary criteria

The Company may utilize the services in any section, department,
office or establishment and/or related companies forming a part of our
organization, in any part of India and also to any concern, which the
Company may possess or acquire in future. In such an event you will
be required to shift to the new location without any additional
remuneration or compensation. On transfer to the new location, you
will be bound by the working rules, regulations, timings, leave
entitlements, weekly off days, paid holidays etc applicable with
respect to that location for the employee of that cadre.
Candidates will be given company mail –ID, company I- card, salary
proof, candidates company bank accounts, and had to sign agreement not
to misuse for other purpose
As Company is recruiting fresher for the post of software engineer
trainee, so the company will, sign 2 years service bond along with the
INR 1, 30,000 money bonds.
Note: There is no money bond for candidates having 1-2 years of domain
experience
